PATHWAYS is a Bible Camp Corporation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Pathways is committed to providing unique experiences where God encounters people and renews them to live lives of love.
We provide faith building opportunities through our youth summer camping programs, and year-round youth, adult, and family retreats. Pathways serves over 150 churches throughout Northwest Minnesota at our three distinct and beautiful sites:

> Camp Minne-Wa-Kan near Cass Lake, MN
> Camp Emmaus near Menahga, MN

IMMEDIATE OPENING: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR POSITION
Pathways Lutheran Outdoor Ministries is in search of a new executive director with a strong Christian faith who relishes the challenge of moving this camping ministry forward to implement its strategic plan and successfully fulfill its mission. Applicants must demonstrate:
- Ability to CAST COMPELLING VISION for this outdoor ministry
- Strong, tested and proven LEADERSHIP SKILLS
- Strong COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Strong RELATIONAL SKILLS - proven capability to relate to our constituency
- Strong DEVELOPMENT SKILLS - proven capability to raise funds
- Strong MOTIVATIONAL SKILLS
- Strong HUMAN RELATIONS SKILLS - proven capacities to develop staff
- Strong appreciation for COMPETENT ADMINISTRATION
Full benefits provided with salary negotiable and based on experience; housing provided on site at one of the camps.
